Why do they have a BSL interpreter on Morning Live, but they're barely shown on screen?

It really puzzles me! I don't think there's a studio audience so what is the reason?

I've only seen this a handful of times, so could be a different reason.

Isn't there a person who does a cooking slot on there that's deaf, maybe they're signing what the other presenters are saying for them.

I don’t watch it but I’d imagine for Yvonne who is a BSL user and they may have other crew members that use BSL.

I was also going to say it's probably for an employee on the show rather than for the audience.

I wonder if the signed version is available separately, such as with the red button or on iPlayer. I've rarely watched the show, though, TBH.
