And no doubt highly subjective but we hopefully all have some good ones.

For me

1. Young men have started to respect me more like oo no she reminds me of my mum's pal I'd better not mess about. Not always obviously.

1. I don't get thrush any more - used to get it all the bloody time.

1. No more wondering oh God am I doing the right things for the future?? The future is now baby enjoy.

No more giving a toss what other people think of me, my looks, my clothes….

Spending more time in bed lol.

Not giving a fuck, literally. And finally being able to stand up for myself rather than trying to please all the people all of the time.
