Help me get the only thing my daughter wants for Christmas. Anyone work for NEXT?

As title says my daughter has only asked for one thing for Christmas. This coat in a size medium, but it’s not in stock anywhere near me. I keep checking on website for delivery but they go out of stock everytime any comes in. If you work for next can you tell me what time of day the website is updated with stock to give me the best chance? OP, I just looked and it’s back in stock (says low stock).

I play this game with next all the time. Usually get what I want in the end.

Thanks but she wants the one with the flat cap and scarf which is only available in Oxford St Selfridges! I’m hoping they’ll get more in soon.

ETA oh, but it also won’t let me add to the basket - am going to guess because there are dozens of us here all checking so the low stock is now sitting unpurchased in various MNers baskets.

I’d as for this post to be deleted and call Next on their customer care line.

The one in the link is showing as in stock this morning.

I think you just need to keep re-checking the site.

I’m getting the same - says there is low stock of medium but won’t let me add it to my bag. I suspect a PP is right & it’s us all trying to do the same & there’s a lag in the system…

The fact that two other sizes are saying available within a couple of days gives me hope as they’re clearly expecting stock 🤞🏻 I’d ring Next CS, they may well be able to order you one directly.

When it says unavailable isn't that because it's not out yet? I've seen this before. Years ago didn't they have a Christmas brochure. Maybe this won't be available for a few weeks.

They are out, have been for at least a couple of weeks as my daughter first saw it in store but didn’t have size M been trying to get out since x

Thankyou all so much for trying to help! I have more hope of getting it now as for past week or two ive never seen it in stock in her size so it has gave me hope that youse have seen it go in stock. Will keep trying more often today/during night but if I can’t get one I will take the lovely Irish commenter up on her offer
