External user on NHS app?

Can anyone advise? Too late to call GP now and they are useless anyway.

I'm awaiting a potential referall, GP sent letter and advice and guidance came back (can't open file on nhs app)

It says external user logged in on my records yesterday, could this be the hospital?

I'm hoping it's not a data breach

Yes depending on how it’s set up locally people who handle referrals can get logged as external users
