My daughter had her hair highlighted but this time she donet like it at all. I think it’s lovey but you can see the purple bits in from the toner. The hairdresser has down it a few times in the past but this time my DD says she really doesn’t like the result.

It’s a white/sivery/purple/grey couloir and I like it as it’s not brassy or warm/yellow/golden as I say it’s more ashy and a cooler shade of blonde.

Anyway she’s really not happy so is there anything the hairdresser could do? It cost £130 so I’m gutted she hates it. It’s annoying because she’s had it down about 7 times and none of them have turned out as purpley as this so I wish she didn’t change it from normal.

Any advice an is it fixable if I message the hairdresser?

TIA

Toners tend to wash out fairly quickly so tell her to wash it more and ask the hairdresser to re tone using a toner that’s not so ashy.

Tell her to go back and show them the hairdresser will fix it

I think the hairdresser thinks that’s what she’d want! 🫣

Head and shoulders classic shampoo washes toner out much more quickly than other shampoos.
