To wonder what else the neighbours noises could be?

My next door neighbours are OK. Regular neighbours really. I don't see the woman but the man walks past everyday, looks in and waves if he sees me. I think the woman doesn't go out much as she's more frail, probably in her 80s.

Every single evening without fail I hear noises from there and the man makes sounds that sound like sex moans for about five or ten minutes. What can this be other than sex noises? If they are sex noises, I'm not offended, just wish he'd stop interrupting my watching tv after a hard day!

My elderly dad moans and grunts a lot, particularly when getting ready for bed at night as everything’s such an effort and he’s exhausted.

Pooing and he's constipated?

My husband exercises every morning at 7am and his grunts sound like sex. I told him it gives me the ick and I can’t be near him when exercising. It could be that. I exercise every day too and I just can’t imagine why he needs to make those sounds because I certainly don’t

General moving about, anything with effort? My grandma used to make similar noises, when moving from one place to another or when having to get dressed. Was very off putting at times haha 😭
