Does anyone use Bolt? I’m a new customer & wondered how long it takes them to approve/ship my order? Thanks to all in advance.

I had a very bad experience with Bolt and their customer service was awful.
I had to get my credit card company to do a charge back because Bolt refused to refund me for unusable pens.
I hope you get better service.

I would however recommend IQ Doctor. I have been with them for about 9 months. Always great service.

Thanks for this info, do they insist on all sorts of ID? Not great with tech?

If you’re buying medication online (which I do too!) you surely want somewhere that isn’t just going to ship it off to you with out knowing you are who you say you are. That sounds incredibly dodgy.

I wasn’t suggesting that any company should unsure why you would presume so!

I have used Bolt and was quite impressed. I have only had the one pen from them though when my usual supplier was out of stock and can't give advice on their timescales as it was when everyone was struggling with delayed orders.
Their technology was great, the ordering process was easy and they had a dashboard which updated to show the status of the order. After mine was delayed for a while I was getting concerned as I had a holiday coming up and didn't want to miss any delivery so I emailed them and they were excellent, replied quickly, expedited the order and asked me to confirm when it had arrived in case of any problems. I emailed on a Tuesday afternoon, their representative acknowledged my query the same day then confirmed on Wednesday that the clinical team had signed it off and it arrived well packaged on Thursday
