My dad ain’t lived there for a year and it’s sold as seen.
went back tonight for the final time and bham have a bin strike
look ??? Everyone has dumped rubbish in my dads garden? Do I have to clean it up? The house sale has gone through. I just feel bad it’s that bad but I’m 70 miles away? Shall I go there to tidy ut up or not ? Solictor said sold as seen

No! These we buy any home leeches would have paid way below market price. Sold as seen is just that. No longer your house . Not your problem. The people who bought it off you won’t be living there . They will tart up and sell for a comparatively huge profit !

why on earth didn’t you just put it in the market . Even a developer would pay more than these outfits !

I have been trying to sell it for 10 months. Got what we wanted for it . Just now not sure what ro do with the money? :/
