It's a dog one!

There's a dog that lives a 10-15 minute walk away from my house that is constantly on the loose.

Its attacked dogs, its bitten children and today, its apparantly gone for somebody too. Lots of posts about this dog on social media but apparantly the owners don't care and have ignored communication from the dog warden too.

Ive seen posts that its been not far from my house and its getting to the point that I'm scared to walk in my local area.

Any advice? Ive never seen this dog (though have seen plenty of pictures!) and the thought of bumping into it terrifies me.

I wouldn’t believe everything you read on social media. If it had bitten multiple times the police would have been involved.
Plus you’ve never seen it so it seems like it’s not in your exact area.

Surely if this dog has bitten multiple people, they would have been reported to the police? Having an out of control dog is a criminal offence.

Deep heat spray is great if you have sore muscles. You can carry it around with you in case your back twinges when you are out.

It has attacked several dogs unfortunately (my friends dog being one of them) and several reports of people being hurt by it too. The owners are on a warning before facing court action.

Why hasn't the dog warden picked it up? Owners have to pay a reclamation fee.. £70 a day at our council..

Apparently it gets out through the fence or the local kids open the gate. It seems to roam about for a while and then goes home so is never collected by the dog warden.

For how many people and dogs it's hurt, it should be put down!
