As a new starter?

I started a new job yesterday, it’s a very small team just a manager and one other team member and they only started 4/5 weeks ago.

Every new starter (regardless of role) has an itinerary. The other team member has removed sessions from mine that she didn’t find helpful to our role.

Am I being precious? I’d rather just do the full itinerary and decide for myself what would be useful or not.

Unless she is your line manager then it's nothing to do with her.

An itinerary for what? Training sessions? Why is she able to remove them if she is also a new start?

She might be doing it with the best of intentions, but unless she's your line manager or has been asked to do that by your LM, she's overstepping.

What kind of stuff has she removed (I'm waiting to hear it's the h&s induction and the security brief or something)?
