Merrow Guildford

Good day everyone.We are planning on moving to merrow Guildford.Please advise on the not so great parts.I have seen other forums say bushyhill drive is a rough part the GU1 2 post code.Id appreciate any advice.

It’s about 40 years since I lived there, but I’d struggle to believe that any part of Merrow could possibly be dodgy!
iirc, Bushyhill was a main road through a council estate, a pretty pleasant one with decent green spaces.
Please, someone tell me that it’s not gone downhill since the 80’s!

There's not really any "rough" bits of guildford.
