My lovely wife will be 60 soon and I'm stumped on what to get her as a gift or gifts. Travel, meals, chocolate are sorted. Don't want suggestions on jewellery but I want something physical
Budget doesn't matter, I can get 1 big thing or several smaller. Can you help me out please?

@EmpressaurusKitty - from what I can see it’s a stealth advert … AI written, too.

That’s what I thought but I like to give them the benefit of the doubt.

A really expensive watch, not engraved as it will devalue it.

I'm a 60 year old female, but I'm not your wife - we're not all the same! I don't understand why it has to be something physical - most people of our age don't want more stuff, so would prefer theatre tickets, a meal, weekend away etc.

But why can't you just ask her? She's 60, not 6, she doesn't need "a surprise" and, again, most of us at 60 think that fussing about adult birthdays is just nonsense.

Also, 60 little presents is an awful idea - straight to the charity shop, for sure.

For my 60th I received a kitchenaid - I love it and it's used several times a week. However, if there were unlimited funds I would have liked tickets to the opera in Verona.

A big photo book with all of the photos of her that you can find? If there are any family archives and albums, you can digitize old pictures from there and even colorize the black and white ones (if you aren't a Photoshop/tech savvy here is a guide for doing so). You can also contact her friends or other relatives to see if they can send in some pictures of her, maybe from her childhood/teenage/college years and the likes. Don't forget to include the wedding photos, pictures of you together, family photos, etc. You can add some cute notes, inner names you might have between the two of you, jokes and things like that.
