To find this a really offensive way of commenting on me being pregnant?

I was in the office today and am quite visibly pregnant at this stage.

I bumped into a colleague who I worked with years ago and wasn’t particularly close with, but we were friendly enough.

Upon seeing me he said ‘bloody hell, who blew you up then?’

Is it me or is that really rude?

Totally rude.

My boss, on being told I was pregnant said "f-cking h-ll, how old are you?"

Some people just have no manners. Or any class.

No, I don't think it's rude or offensive. It's a rubbish joke, nothing more.

I guess she was just trying to be funny, but it is fucking annoying when everyone feels the need to comment on your pregnant belly.

AffableApple · 01/10/2025 18:56

"I'm pregnant, what's your excuse?"

HumphreyCushionintheHouse · 01/10/2025 18:57

Comments are so rude. I had someone (a middle aged man at work) notice my pregnancy and say “I hope you’re married”. Just f-off with the comments.

Shit joke but no reason to be offended
