So sad about women in Afghanistan - or should I focus on inequalities in this country?

How very sad that women in Afghanistan are treated as if they have less value than a cow or a donkey. Denied education, a life outside of the home, not even allowed to laugh or sing in their houses in case their neighbours hear their voices. Subjugated into a life of little more than an unpaid domestic servant come baby making machine. I so feel for my sister women in that country.

I've read the Koran - from what I've read this is not what their Prophet intended or the God that we share. As a Christian, along with the Jews, and Muslims we share the same God, though they do not share my devotion to the Messiah Our Lord Jesus Christ. However....when babies and women are suffering and dying for want of food and medical care especially in a country where male doctors aren't allowed to treat female patients, yet women aren't allowed to train or practice as doctors.....oh just don't get me started. 😡

Or should I be more angry about what's happening to women & children in this country?

Be angry.
Stay angry.
Agitate.
It's absolutely terrible.
They need support from all around the world.

You can be angry about more than one injustice. It’s awful.

I feel exactly the same as you OP. I felt devastated and really disturbed reading this latest awful news today. I feel beyond sorry for women living there. This must stop. It has to stop.

And there's not a single thing we can do about it.

Be angry about that, and sad because it’s awful

but think about what you can influence which is probably closer to home
