This time at the neighbours in her new flat block. Seems like she parks badly blocking other people in, they leave notes asking her to park better and she goes crackers banging on doors and screaming like a banshee at 2am

obviously all the craziness over her divorce, custody arrangements is well documented and iirc she once lost her shit with someone in a car park , proper road rage/parking rage type incident. She really needs therapy/help.

The restraining order has only been ‘extended’ until the trial. This is normal legal procedure. None of the evidence has been assessed yet. Of course it makes sense for a court to continue the existing order until trial but that is not an extension based upon new evidence.

I think it’s also important to point out as I did in an earlier post that this is a civil DARVO and not a criminal one and neither has Alice been charged with any criminality as of yet. In fact prosecutors dropped any possible criminal charges back in 2023. It will be interesting if the civil DARVO remains in place following the civil court case.

You have no idea at all what childcare was put into place for the children while Alice Evans was working. Again, saying it doesn’t make it true.

You are right that when Ioan Gruffudd went away to work in France for months in 2021 he had Alice Evans to carry on doing the wife work even though they were separated. No wonder he kept his girlfriend a secret.

Also all it means is that Alice hasn’t been prosecuted successfully for breaking the DVRO. The 2 cases were submitted for prosecution by police but dropped by the DA. It just means she hasn’t got a criminal conviction for breaking the DVRO. She is still the proud owner of not one, but two DVRO’s. That’s not something to be proud of nor to diminish. What you are saying is the equivalent of saying, “well she hasn’t been arrested for criminal behaviour so it’s not so bad”. It IS so bad and DVRO’s are hard to get in California. I don’t doubt she will get a lifetime DVRO - going quiet for a few months before the trial isn’t going to convince the judge she won’t just start up again if the DVRO isn’t extended. Alice has said publicly over and over she’ll never stop and she has also said many times she never lies. I believe her.

And it also tells us she didn’t meet the criteria for a domestic violence prosecution as she would have been arrested, charged and followed the US criminal prosecution pathway. I would assume domestic violence is considered a crime in American criminal courts? 💃

The police believed she did and Alice was taken to the police station & charged, but the prosecutor declined to go ahead.

Judging by that the prosecutor decided there wasn’t enough evidence to proceed 💃

I am commenting that at that moment several people on Tattle were posting mean things about Ioan Gruffudd’s children which are a permanent record of their abuse.

So, I went onto Tattle - it’s absolute rubbish that people are “saying awful things about the children”. Every post seems concerned about the damage Alice is doing to her children and how they hope the children will be able to recover in time .

Why should I be concerned about them?
