obviously all the craziness over her divorce, custody arrangements is well documented and iirc she once lost her shit with someone in a car park , proper road rage/parking rage type incident. She really needs therapy/help.

I doubt he's thought of as a dirty old man - a quick Google says George and Amal Clooney have a bigger age gap, actually (17 years vs their 14). Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are 11 years apart so not that different, either.

Again, Google says Bianca is independently wealthy. Her instagram suggests she works steadily. Plus, she's no grasping starlet - she has a chronic condition, so he must love her to choose to support her through her flare ups. And as for 'flaunting herself' - I've seen women wearing fewer clothes at the Oscars.

Let's face it - if I worked in Hollywood I wouldn't go near employing someone with a DVRO. Even Mel Gibson found getting work hard after he was charged with domestic violence, so that's nothing specific to Alice.

If she has to use a piece of material (designed to hold a human) to disguise her chin/neck/tummy, the activity she should be doing at 2.30am is Peloton, not drunkenly abusing neighbours.

It’s an interesting point you’ve raised here comparing Mel Gibson and Alice. Mel Gibson went to court based on a criminal charges whereas Alice’s DARVO is based on a civil case and not criminal so she hasn’t been criminally charged with anything. Do correct me if I’m wrong

Funny enough no I haven’t read the court documents. I’m no Erin brokovitch but if the mum is such an abuser I’d expect more evidence of him fighting for his kids than a few armchair accusers telling me to ‘read court documents ‘
alicd is clearly not a safe person for kids to be around, he is sunning himself wherever, thousands of miles away or just next door, I don’t care what his address is but there’s a post about him here and Ive commented on what u have seen and what most people are saying and seeing (those people who h ve ent made if their life’s work to study Alice forensically whilst completely ignoring everything that he and his new partner are posting online as well as his own career trajectory continuing while his kids are stuck with a mum who seems to have lost her shit since the split.
Come at me with all the facts you like about his postcode or calling her an abuser, it’s not my job to read court documents but this is a public forum with a post about a case that’s been made hugely public.
Ive seen both side publicly play out and if I was his kids and saw his and Bianca’s socials whilst being stuck with an unraveled mum I’d be devastated.
i grew up with a mentally ill parent and my other parent went off and had a new life because the mad one made it so difficult for the other parent and family to be involved and I know that the other side of my family regret hugely that they didn’t fight harder for me

Merlin I’ve only pointed out that she didn’t have a criminal conviction. Criminal convictions are held to a different standard than civil action. A lot of folks on here said they are only interested in facts and this is a fact that she hasn’t appeared before a criminal court. I believe prosecutors dropped any criminal proceedings in 2023. I’m surprised those who have far more knowledge about this case due to the many hours months years trawlling through court documents wouldn’t be aware of this

Oops let me add OJ Simpson. As civil courts apparently hold people to a different standard, I can now sleep at night knowing a criminal court found OJ didn’t batter his wife and slaughter her and her friend so he was innocent.

If I was sticking up for an abuser like OJ or Alice, I’d want to make the distinction between criminal vs civil too. I’d ignore every piece of public evidence (e.g. Alice’s lack of challenge to her DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RESTRAINING ORDER) because I’d rather retain pride on an anonymous forum than admit I’d been the equivalent of teamOJ defence and I’d been suckered into defending an abuser because I was blinded by them appearing on TV a couple of times.

To the defenders of Alice, I really pity you that rather than climb back down that ladder, and admit you were an a mark for someone like Alice to exploit, you’ll just keep defending in a sunken cost fallacy.

Interestingly I asked the fountain of all knowledge the internet did Ioan go for sole custody given the evidence he provided and I was shocked to see that he didn’t. He went for joint custody. Now given what you’ve and many posters have said about the abusive environment those girls are in wouldn’t you have thought as a concerned and loving father you would want your precious girls away from Alice and out of that dreadful situation? Or was is okay they only had to endure it for part of the week?

There were photos in the press of him following them home when they ran away from visitation… witness accounts from his neighbour and another independent child psychologist. Therapy appointments all paid for by him. Overpayments of child support by him. Court orders protecting information about the children’s education and medical info - initiated by him.

It’s all there. What would you suggest would be adequate evidence for you?

The absolute delusion in this one is too funny! It boils down to “how dare he leave me for behaving badly, how dare he provide evidence of my appalling behaviour and parental alienation in court documents that exposed my behaviour, how DARE he move on and how DARE he step back to prevent me using the kids as swords and shields”.

You can tell exactly what his relationship is with his girls by that picture of him kissing Bianca's stomach.
A father who was actually aware of how damaged his children are, would not post such a picture.

It's in bad taste due to the toxic nature of their break up and abandonment of the girls, he seems to be taking instruction from a young woman who hasn't got a clue about age appropriate marriage.

He's crossed so many boundaries, within the industry, within the rules of marriage, his complete lack of respect for his family is astonishing.

So, the judge therefore looked at the evidence and decided that the events occurred, on balance of proof, then issued a DVRO. Seems you need more proof than just a civil case, so not too much difference from a criminal case after all.

I am willing to believe Ioan neglected, devalued and dehumanised Alice and then implemented the script, like so many do.

The vileness of it is though is that he or rather they have enlisted the support of fans through social media to support their 'great mental health' which basically means they are performing DARVO on a huge world stage.

I honestly don't know why many people support what is quite obviously turning the victim into the purpitraitor, they have continuously provoked her.

Who are these online crusaders, men who hate ex wives, friends and family of Bianca trying to lig onto Ioan's stardom, second wives who hate first wives, those with age gap relationships who need to demonise disgarded wives, those who believe Cinderella stories exist and think a Hollywood star will fall for a nobody.

If anything happens to Alice , I hope they will come after some of the very fervent supporters of abuse on social media, because what Alice has had to go through would I'm sure send anyone mad.
