obviously all the craziness over her divorce, custody arrangements is well documented and iirc she once lost her shit with someone in a car park , proper road rage/parking rage type incident. She really needs therapy/help.

Ioan and Alice are absolutely nobodies in LA. Their house is nothing special. It was one of the cheaper ones in the area.

The address was obtained because people on Tattle actively sought it out and made it public.

The same could be done for anyone’s address if someone had the inclination.

Well I’m sure those who have combed through the files will reply and clarify the situation. I also would have thought the transcript posted previously and which I have not read would have also been sealed as this could also have been used in a custody dispute.

Well you posed the question about wasn’t the custody stuff sealed ? and I replied then if it was and I don’t know if it was having not looked at any files, if other documents were sealed it is odd that this wasn’t as well as it could have been used in evidence for Ioan to sue for custody. If this information is out there then I’m pretty sure Ioan going for custody would be easily substantiated? Maybe someone who has read the files could clarify

Sure, he is a Tattler user (only a few moments ago) admitting to all of this info being in the court documents that they obtained and made accessible to everyone and anyone.

Also to admitting how easy it was to find out the home address online, and admitting to people actively searching and figuring this info out.

Have you actually read this post. It is claiming that ALL the information was obtained from Alice or court documents. The post states that at no time was the information published on Tattle.

That poster specifically didn’t post the details on Tattle, but others did. Those posts were obviously deleted, because they go against the guidelines.

That poster is telling you how easy this information was to find, that people did find it and contrary to what she is saying, users did post it on Tattle.

Regardless, it was all in the court documents that THEY obtained and made public.

I have no idea, I'm not defending Tattle.

But I do like facts and If we believe what some people say it's full of doxing and death threats. I haven't seen any evidence of that yet. Alice being so careless with her children's safety is indefensible imo.

The user I quoted from Tattle specifically said how easy it was to find that address online, and where the address was found had nothing to do with Alice.

Court documents are legally obtainable. But those court documents contained all the addresses, names of schools etc. Tattle post those court documents online. Thus, they posted the address, names of schools etc.

The information you are saying they didn’t post on Tattle, was posted on Tattle via the court documents!

I haven't looked (I keep telling you) I'm not interested, I would expect receipts to have been shown.

I don't know how they got the address, but if a benign gossip can get it then someone a bit more unsavoury can. It is not illegal to walk past a celebs house, it's probably very common for most people in LA

The court documents that are published on Tattle would have had all addresses redacted I should imagine, or else Tattle would be sued.
