Coaching package regret - should I leave feedback? It was a couple yrs ago and i didn't say anything at the time

Hi all. Thanks for reading.

So, a couple of years ago, I was in a really bad place and found a coach online. Their website and Google listing gave the impression they were nearby, but after I got in touch I learned they’d actually moved and so only did online calls. They reassured me the online calls worked just as well, and said that they could definitely help me (!), and after our taster session emailed me a £4k package which they said had been tailored for me (12 1h 20mins sessions - £250 per hour).
I was taken aback by the price, but I felt like the help would be worth it - and they'd sold themselves to me over the initial call. I went ahead and agreed (I hadnt had a coach before, so wasnt sure what to expect). The sessions were too long for me (I have ADHD) and the online format (zoom) was definitely not what I'd wanted. Had either the online only or price been clear to me before our initial call, I cannot see I'd have reached out to the coach to begin with. I feel uncomfortable too that I was steered into such an expensive package, when I wasn’t in the best place to make decisions, and wasnt given the other package options. Looking back, the coach was personable and good to talk to, but nothing exceptional, and not worth £4k to me. I didn't have my final session.

The reason I’m hesitating is that I didn’t give them this feedback at the time (to be honest I had so much on my mind, I'm not sure it fully registered with me) and I didn’t complete all the workbooks they set, so makes me wonder if its just a bit unfair of me to leave a review. Im seeing only 5* reveiws too which makes me feel like my reveiw gonna stand out (!) but also might be helpful for others to read my experience.

Any thoughts would be great. Good idea to leave review, or let it go, or reach out to them directly and tell them how I feel?

It sounds like this is something that is dwelling on your mind and it may make you feel better to leave a review? If so then do so - although to be fair you should acknowledge that it was a while ago and things may have changed, as well as that you didn’t complete the workbooks. I would find it useful to read a more balanced set of reviews than 5* only.
