Hi, I’ve bought an electrical item from a seller on eBay, but the item has become faulty, and fortunately is still within warranty.

The seller has asked me to make a video of the electrical item in action, which would demonstrate the fault more effectively than a single still photo.

I have made the video, but when I try to add the video to my message to the seller, it won’t take it.

Does anyone know of a way I can send the seller tge video I’ve made, to the seller?

Just tell seller you want a refund. Raise a 'not as described case' with ebay if necessary.
