Every influencer seems to have a “trauma” post, a “healing” reel, a “boundaries” carousel. Do we even know what we’re saying anymore?

I’ve never watched or followed an “influencer” do I don’t know or care about whatever they have to say about anything.
Are there important things to say about poor mental health… sure! Plenty. But the phrases you refer to are phrases I’ve never heard before

Isn’t influencer just another term for advertisers? They’ll do whatever it takes/ jump on any bandwagon to sell you water product(s) they’ve been asked to plug.
