To think I can usually sense how men feel about me, even if they haven’t said anything?

I don’t mean anything magical or woo-woo, just that there’s a certain energy shift. Whether it’s attraction, dislike, admiration or discomfort, I can usually pick up on it before anything is said out loud. Body language, tone, micro-reactions, it all adds up.

Friends sometimes act like I’m imagining it but I’m rarely wrong. AIBU to think some women just know and that the vibe really does speak before the words do?

I mean, this is impossible to test, so how could you ever know if you are right or not?

Micro reactions are part of body language. It's just picking up on non verbal cues isn't it? Also how do you know you are right without asking the person? And it will only be a superficial answer if you've only met them for a moment.

Are you a hyper vigilant person?

Adult child of an addict? Some people are v sensitive to micro facial expressions etc.

Yes I think many/most girls and women learn to become very astute in reading men’s verbal and non-verbal signals as a protective mechanism.
