Those of you with a non pyro Neff oven, what on earth are you cleaning it with

As it’s the worlds most fiddly oven to clean with a
list of instructions and no production you can use that shifts anything. The steam cleaning function does zilch. How are you all cleaning yours?

Yes I know I should have bought the pyro version. 😭

Only did the steam clean once. Fiddly getting the shelves out etc. Also a pain when something drips between the glass panels ( including cleaning products)
We got a professional oven cleaner round. It was £50 well worth it. Oven looked like new!

Any ideas what they cleaned it with? Manuel says no this and that- basically only hot soapy water. 🤔

I use Hg products on mine.

Horsehow · 28/09/2025 20:49

I just don’t. Life’s too short.

Can unused that on Neff ovens?

I replaced my old pyrolytic Neff with an ordinary one - I use the steam clean function and just clean as I go.

Pyrolytic was brilliant but smoked a lot on cleaning which made me nervous

I’ve even doing that but getting stains I can’t shift with the steam cleaning soapy water.

@Lem0P0ppy Not sure what they use. It’s a franchise. Think they dip the racks and door in something. No strong smell though.

bookedanappointment · 28/09/2025 21:56

I’ve got 2x pyro Neff ones but I just pay a guy every 6 months or so to come and clean it for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

PenCreed · 28/09/2025 22:22

I pay a man to do it for me. Mostly steam
i think, and totally worth the money. Discovering that service exists was an absolute game-changer!

Yuk. So unhygienic.
