To wonder how this company survives and refuse my son a new almost identical phone? This is surely so fucking ridiculous

I've been buying phones from them for my 14 year old son for quite a while (he's not interested in a smartphone as of yet) and get him a new one each year when the contract renews but they all look fucking identical, I'm tempted to not get him one this year because it's all the same

I don’t understand the problem. If DS is happy with the phone what’s the issue? Is it something to do with the contract and you’re maybe thinking SIM only this time?
