For example
When are you going to have kids?

Are you okay? How are you feeling? What’s wrong? Do you have a problem? Anything I can do to help?

I'm sure men get asked these questions all the time. They aren't gender specific, surely?

Snorlaxo · 27/09/2025 17:35

Kids never ask their dad where their stuff is.

Dads expect their wives to know where everything is but mums only ask when dads don’t return the item to the correct place.

Poor X looking after the kids tonight while his wife goes out drinking.

You’re a parent - should you be drinking that much?

Talkinpeace · 27/09/2025 17:37

"What does your husband do" ?

Fionasapples · 27/09/2025 17:38

Why have you only got one child?

TheFallenMadonna · 27/09/2025 17:38

"Arent you worried it will be aging?"
DH and I went grey within 6 months of each other, at the same age (49). Everyone had something to say about my hair, DH's, nothing.

Snorlaxo · 27/09/2025 17:39

There’s men on here who think that when their wives go out, they should leave explicit instructions like feed the kids (and make the meal so they can heat it up!) rather than use common sense and offer a snack/drink every 3 hours (or when dad starts to feel hungry/thirsty)

Men do chores “for their wives” like loading a dishwasher. Women do it because it’s basic adult stuff.

Are you going to go back to work full time after you have baby?

This too.

clinellwipe · 27/09/2025 17:41

“When’s the doctor coming?” after you introduced yourself as DOCTOR , and wearing a doctor lanyard/ID and a stethoscope 🫣

Does he tell you how annoying it is?

No, he either tells me or asks me what I fancy.

RosesAndHellebores · 27/09/2025 17:42

What does your husband/partner do for a living?

Do you enjoy housework?

At a car dealer. Do you need to ask your husband about this?

Estate agent: why are you the primary contact for negotiations and not your husband?

Pallisers · 27/09/2025 17:42

Why didn't you change your surname?

Enchomage · 27/09/2025 17:42

Not so much a question, but when it starts raining men never say ‘Oh no I’ve left the washing out!’

I do work with a guy at his house. He keeps an eye on the weather if the washing is out, even if his wife is upstairs working from home.He may well have been the one to hang it up.
They share tasks and we are downstairs nearer the garden and the washing.
I love this couple.

clinellwipe · 27/09/2025 17:43

Not a question but being called a ‘good mum’ for changing a nappy, taking kids to playground, interacting with their child at playground etc etc

Valeyard15 · 27/09/2025 17:44

How do you balance work and family life?

Are you okay? How are you feeling? What’s wrong? Do you have a problem? Anything I can do to help?

Not so much a question, but when it starts raining men never say ‘Oh no I’ve left the washing out!’

What's for dinner?

Sorry to burst any bubbles but men i know are asked these all the time.

EvangelicalAboutButteredToast · 27/09/2025 17:44

Do you plan on having kids? I was asked that at a job interview even though I know they are not allowed to ask that!

Absentosaur · 27/09/2025 17:44

How about this charmer..

’I just want to get into you, do you know what I mean?’

A woman would never ask a man that question.

🤮🤮🤮🤮

childofthe607080s · 27/09/2025 17:45

Being asked to smile

ThreePears · 27/09/2025 17:45

Is your husband babysitting the kids tonight while you're out then?

TheSpiritofDarkandLonelyWater · 27/09/2025 17:45

Asked if you are on your period if you show any emotion whatsoever

ChicOliveCritic · 27/09/2025 17:47

Calm down love! Must be your time of the month! 🙄

TurnTheGodforsakenVolumedown · 27/09/2025 17:47

"Hi it's the school here, Jacob's been sick, can you pick him up please in the next 5 minutes"

Valeyard15 · 27/09/2025 17:47

’I just want to get into you, do you know what I mean?’

In fairness, that shouldn't be asked to anyone, ever.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 27/09/2025 17:47

Could it be peri?

InTheWellBeing · 27/09/2025 17:50

Is that your used tampon in the bin?

PauliesWalnuts · 27/09/2025 17:50

WHY DON’T you have kids???
