Scared!

I’m so petrified, everytime I always do a urine test at the doctors, I always have blood in my urine they have never pulled me up on this just one doctor said it not normal, and if it doesn’t go away this time come back and I’ve come back and it’s still there now there investigating I’m so scared I’ve got bladder cancer and I will also admit I suffer with health anxiety

Oh love, I don’t have any helpful advice but didn’t want to read and run. There are so many different reasons that could be behind it and the fact no one was particularly concerned until now is probably a good sign. Try to remember all the other times you were worried about a health related issue and it didn’t amount to anything - its always good to get checked but bodies are so weird that it may just be something that happens sometimes.
