I use a gel and blue-light device called Alpine White. It's super effective but as soon as I drink coffee and red wine, the stains come back...

Boutique Whitening Gel with fitted trays. 90 mins ea h day for a couple of weeks then can be used as and when you want to top up. Works quite well, natural looking, not too turkeyteef like.

Crest White stripes and whitening toothpaste from America as they have a much higher level of the active ingredient compared to UK over the counter products.

I buy them when I'm on holiday but you could also purchase them from Target/CVS/Walmart online and have them sent to a shipping 3rd Party (I've used Stackry before) who will then ship them over to the UK.

Crest whitening strips are great.

There is nothing you can legally buy in the U.K., EU NZ or Australia that will whiten teeth.

The legal products are either abrasive or acidic so will dissolve or abrade away staining like tea, coffee but will also , with repeated use , abrade or dissolve away enamel.

It is illegal to sell products in the U.K. , EU etc that contain over 0.1% hydrogen peroxide which is what whitens teeth . So if you buy here you are buying from criminals who are knowingly breaking the law so you have no guarantee what you are buying is not counterfeit etc.

Legal and safe whitening via a dentist is around £200 to £300 and once you have the trays made when you have to top up you just have to see the dentist and buy from them a new syringe which will be around £20 . https://www.which.co.uk/news/article/dont-buy-teeth-whitening-products-from-online-marketplaces-agxQc7m2V4ow

Don't buy teeth whitening products from online marketplaces - Which?

Our tests found that 58% of teeth whiteners bought from AliExpress, Amazon, eBay and Wish contained illegal and dangerous levels of hydrogen peroxide

I used Pearl Drops in the run up to my wedding and I'm amazed when I look back at the photos how white they look.

Titasaducksarse · 23/09/2025 14:12

I went via the dentist who did the trays and gave me bleach. Cost £200 just before pandemic
I now top up every 12 to 18 months by buying a bleach syringe off dentist for £20. Boutique 10% bleach. I only need them in about 4 nights and theyre lovely and white. I tend to do them after a scale and polish when there's no surface stains.

Pearl drops do not whiten , they only remove surface staining and with repeated use enamel.
