2 options to choose from and would include a night away so end up being a weekend break. My son is 'almost' 16 and unfortunately both choices say they recently changed the age from 14 to 16. So annoying! Am in 2 minds whether to go or not. We would be a family of 5. Both parents and 3 teens (other 2 are older) so not just a group of teens without adults.
The options we're looking at are either The Forbidden Corner or York Maze. Anyone know if they are super strict on this? Just wish parents could make the decision.

I've not been to either of those, but in my experience nobody would bat an eyelid, if they happen to ask just say he's 16. The age limit is to stop groups of younger teens turning up and being daft. Nobody is going to question an almost 16 year old with their parents

Have a lovely time!

That's what I thought to some extent but then if you read the small print it says you need ID.
