Need help with TUPE issue

I was Tuped over 4 years ago whilst undergoing chemotherapy for NHL. My pay is now substantially less (about £4k pa) than my counterparts who work for my new company. I have been told that my pay will not be increased and I have finally decided to put in a grievance.
My question is , whilst I know that TUPE protects T&Cs but does this automatically mean that I remain being paid less than colleagues doing a comparable job?
Sorry this is a boring topic but I would really appreciate some guidance.
Ps. Now in remission 🙏

Did you all move over on tupe or just you that’s getting the lower pay?
I know they have to keep your contract as is from the previous company, so up to the new company if they want to keep you on the pay you came to them with or if they want to up it.
if there were a few of you moved and some were paid higher rates then you should have been put on the higher rate I’d assume.
best to speak to ACAS who will advise you or an employment lawyer.

I’ve worked for public bodies for a few years and I’m on less than colleagues of the same grade (one on £10k more) and more than others also on the same grade. Departments on Cosop but TUPE rules. It’s very demotivating and causes conflict.
