Also I can't seem to hear people properly either if I've got sunglasses on or if I haven't got my glasses on ( normal glasses)

It sounds like they are too dark.

Me neither. I mean it's basically a very light form of sensory deprivation, probably just more sensitive to it than others.

I can barely see during daylight without sunglasses 🤣🤣
My astigmatism is corrected with my contacts and I still squint in anything but darkness 🤣

Well I'm talking about countless pairs over the years, very good brands and quality, all differing levels of darkness, it's the same every time

For some reason I can’t hear properly when I’m wearing sun glasses. A fairly niche problem 🤣

Have you tried polaroid sunglasses? I find they sharpen images up and improve my vision.

Yes, I get through more sunglasses than most people have hot dinners

Are you relying on lip reading?

StrawberrySquash · 19/09/2025 18:43

It is harder definitely, especially if it's not super bright. I will always take them off as soon as sensible.
