That this was on her to tell me?

Went for a facial. Ive been there once before 6 months ago (normally use different lady). Booked through treatwell so clicked on the address shown on treatwell booking which told me number 15 of a road near me, fine and I head there. Its an estate where the houses are all the same. Knock on the door, really confused woman answers the door and its not the right address. Ring massage place and massage lady tells me in an annoyed tone that she lives at number 20 and she hadn't text me to tell me because I'd been there before (once, six months ago)
Turns out the way the estate is set up, her house (20) isnt just 5 houses up from number 15, its on the other side. When i get there she told me people often get confused and one customer ended up crying on the phone recently because a taxi dropped her at the wrong place and she got worked up because she couldn't find the house. AIBU or is it on this woman to remind people that a) the address is wrong on treatwell and b) how to find her house?
I get that its just one of those things but interested to see if AIBU. I will save a note in my phone to remind me for next time.

I wouldn’t go to her again. I visit a local hairdresser who works from home. I’m a regular but she always sends a confirmation of booking text with full details including her address. It doesn’t take much to be professional.
