Palestine Action are proscribed because they are a criminal organisation whose actions have crossed the legal threshold to be considered terrorist. What has the UN's conclusions about Gaza got to do with it? Surely you realise that you can support the Palestinians without supporting Palestine Action?

Why? You can support Palestine and Gaza without supporting a proscribed terror group. PA are not the only group supporting Palestine.
PA caused severe criminal damage and attacked security guards and police with sledgehammers (among others activities). You can argue against the proscribing, but the UNs announcement is not relevant to it.
