Higher dose of Oestrogen in HRT

Hi, Is anyone on a higher dose of oestrogen in HRT in perimenopause? I've developed bleeding and a cervical polyp and am now concerned my dose is too high ( 275mcg oestrogen). My private specialist is not concerned. I've tried and failed to reduce the dose ( symptoms reappear with a vengeance). My bloods say I'm absorbing well so it's not that. I just seem to need a higher dose of oestrogen!

My private specialist is not concerned.

Why are you concerned if they are not?

I'm concerned because the NHS Doctors won't prescribe above 100mcg, and I met criteria for a biopsy as the NHS consultant said I was on such a high dose of oestrogen. I've also had comments such as ' You must get that dose privately, GPs would not take that clinical risk with prescribing such a high dose'.
I guess I'm worried that I'm putting myself at risk with oestrogen fed polyps and endometrial lining thickening maybe causing excess bleeding. I'm having shared cared with private menopause team and NHS , but it they have differing opinions.
