CMS “can’t find” my ex, even though I gave them every detail they needed

As the title suggests, the CMS say they are going to close the case soon as they “can’t find” my ex. He is in a PAYE job and I gave them his work address, home address, phone number etc. DD is 14 and he has never paid for her properly. She is disabled and I need financial back up. He doesn’t see her. Anyone else had this problem?

Ain't it funny though how the government can find illegal immigrants or criminals when they want to. But not neglectful cms swerving twats.

I had this recently actually. I phoned up and spoke to one chap and he basically said the same thing as you are being told….rang back and spoke to a woman and low and behind the next day they had mysteriously confirmed his address….
