Starting this with.. I am a bit emotional as after a 2 night trip.i really missed my son and im also due on my period next week. So I may be being irrational here lol..
I dropped him at pre school on Tuesday morning. He stayed with grandparents for 2 nights and I picked him up today. He loves his grandparents and was excited for a sleepover.
When I went to pick him up there was no running to the door. He was eating snack smiled at me through yhe glass and slowly came out eating his snack
Later on he got lively and has give loads of cuddles and kisses as we had movie night so snuggled up with snacks and one of his fave films
But I just worried was he not happy to see me? Its silly I dont know ow why that part is replaying in my mind how he was very cool hand Luke like hi mum!
He did say he missed me when I told him id missed him etc weve had a lovely evening
But its normal.al for kids to lvoe their grandparents and have fun there
He sees me a lot as im part time and dh works away so he is pretty much with me all the time when im not working g he doesn't get minded too often
