48, perimenopause in full swing. Cycle is usually about 22-25 days and today is day 19.

Got a bit carried away this morning because all the teens were out for the first time in ages! Surely there’s practically zero chance? Or should I go and get the MAP?

Hi op, given your cycle length it's very likely you've already ovulated this cycle and the map would be ineffective anyway, it's job is to delay ovulation until the sperm are dead. Check it out for yourself but work out your rough ovulation date, read about the MAP and see what you think
