DP has this on his leg, has had it for a few days and has started to blister now. I’ve told him it’s a bite cos that’s what it looks like, he’s a massive drama queen and obviously thinks he’s going to have to go to hospital 🙄

it was red, and then it got bigger and started to blister.

Aibu to tell him to stop being a drama queen and put cream on it and it will go away in a few days?

With 2 points of blister I would go with rubbed against a noxious plant and may still have the plant fiber in the skin.

But wash with hot salty water and apply an antiseptic cream.

If he is panicking mark the red area with a pen and if it grows larger or reder etc. ring the help line.

And you (when alone) read throught sepsis signs🤷‍♀️

Ooh really I didn’t think of a plant. I’ll show him thank you!

I would watch and wait. If it's still troublesome and hasn't gone or improved after a month or two of home treatment, then have it looked at by a doctor.
