Such a nightmare of a situation. So insane how he managed to evade police for 4 years. The youngest may not even remember his previous life?

The police didn't call him a monster for no reason.

I'd love to know where he got the 8 firearms including the one he used to shoot the cop in the face.
Same as I'd like to know who was the legal holder of the gun Ian Rutledge used to kill his wife and children here.

I rather hope that if the owner of Tom Phillips' guns is not Tom Phillips, and they didn't report them missing, they get prosecuted to the absolute max.
