Help me with dd9

Really could do with some support

My dd9 is in the process of getting a diagnosis of adhd/add.

I can’t take her stressing and anger anymore, she stresses over the smallest thing and gets herself so worked up that it literally goes through me. I had adhd too which I don’t think helps, her dad can calm her down.

Silly little things like if she’s feeling hot she will start panicking even more than get even hotter, or if she can’t get her socks on properly she loses her temper and stresses out. It’s all the time and it’s so so so draining.

Today we’ve been out to a horse show and because it was hot she was on and off grumpy and rude to me all day. She snaps, tells me she wishes she hadn’t came etc. then she was stressing because she couldn’t see because people were stood in the way.

I feel like an awful mum but I’m really struggling, I feel like she’s never happy. No matter what we do.

She speaks to her older siblings awfully and then they tell her off which causes a huge argument practically every day.

I don’t know what I can do to help her. She suffers with anxiet, she ends up having bad stomach ache and gets herself worked up.

I have to ask her multiple times to do a simple task and she can’t seem to cope with doing anything, she gets angry and stressed.
