To ask you to help me annoy me ex?

I will preface this by saying I’m very unlikely to actually go through with this but the thought cheers up. Also aware that that’s not a healthy long term coping mechanism but it’s all still fresh and I’ve got to cheer myself up somehow

I need suggestions for junk emails/texts to sign my ex up for?
or another harmless and legal ways to annoy him

How about you don’t?

PamIsAVolleyballChamp · 07/09/2025 15:42

Too ridiculous and immature, grow up, move on.

x2boys · 07/09/2025 15:42

Why?

ClaredeBear · 07/09/2025 15:45

Suspect it’s quite difficult to do that these days given the vast majority of organisations operate an email verification approach to keeping data safe. Move on and be happy.

Comedycook · 07/09/2025 15:45

Don't be silly. Get on with living your absolute best life and forget him.

Ueuey · 07/09/2025 15:45

Live your life, letting them live rent free in your head where your thinking of things to annoy them like a teenager, is just going to cause you more trouble then them. Move on, forget about them as much as possible, that will cheer you up the most

Vivivioleta · 07/09/2025 15:46

I mean I will move on but it does take more than 3 days to move on from 5 years of being emotionally manipulated and bullied soo for now I’ll imagine I would be brave enough to be petty thanks

True and a very good point but I did say I’m NOT actually going to do it just thinking about it was cheering me up

All you’re doing is telling him he should be really glad it’s over. Keep it classy op and don’t sink to this, I’m sorry you’re hurting, but try to focus on yourself. Play stupid games and you will get stupid prizes.

TranceNation · 07/09/2025 15:48

Not getting the responses you thought you might huh....

90yomakeuproom · 07/09/2025 15:50

That's not legal. Could be considered harrassment.

Boomer55 · 07/09/2025 15:51

From experience, the best way to get "revenge" on an ex is to enjoy life and forget him.

PivotPivotmakingmargaritas · 07/09/2025 15:51

The mature answer is what everyone else has said but I get it you need to feel you have a little control for a bit

If you still have his Netflix other tv log ins and don’t think he’s savvy start liking shows he will hate to mess with his algorithm…. You can do it slowly so it builds up slowly

Do you think the police would actually do anything though? I can’t see it being provable.

cheesycheesy · 07/09/2025 15:54

Live your own life and don’t be spiteful

I hear you Flowers

I put a cashew nut into a box of some of his belongings as I was packing it up.

But the thing angered him the most was me starting to become myself again and telling him he made his choice when he was whining about something or other I couldn't be less interested in 👋💪

Shegotanology · 07/09/2025 16:11

If you're asking for fantasy revenge, how about baking him a delicious, dog-shit cake?

Dontcallmescarface · 07/09/2025 16:12

The best way to annoy him is to move on, be happy and act like you couldn't give a fat rat's crack about either him or his life. What you're suggesting will only make him feel like you actually care enough to be upset.

sanityisamyth · 07/09/2025 16:13

Someone signed my mother up for the mailing list for every hearing aid, stair lift, walk in bath, mobility aid etc in the days before it was all on e-mails. The amount of letters she had through the post was unbelievable, and she had to spend hours on the phone contacting them to ask them to remove her.

I can imagine the person who did it thought it was quite funny but it was an utter PITA.

outerspacepotato · 07/09/2025 16:13

You know what will annoy your ex the most?

Nothing. No head space, no contact, he is dead to you. Move on like he never existed.

Mumof2amazingasdkiddos · 07/09/2025 16:29

I mean yeah I agree with the others the best revenge is being happy and moving on etc but let's indulge fantasyland for a moment as its only been 3 days and its raw.....
There's those annoying cards that play music when you open them but then dont actually stop when you close them, I recall seeing them a while back on tiktok, plus if you put a ton of glitter inside or confetti that's a bitch to clean up he will be hoovering glitter for weeks!!

Objectionhearsayspeculation · 08/09/2025 11:07

Probably doesn’t exist anymore but waaaaayyyyy back when I was young and cheated on and those craftmatic adjustable bed ads were big…

GrannyAchingsShepherdsHut · 08/09/2025 11:13

Best one I've ever heard, was someone who crept in and carefully planted daffodils in someone's lawn, leaving no trace.

In spring, they came up, spelling 'TWAT'. Grin
