... which I paid for?

Apparently, it is paid for by weight, so could I not let her do it in future? No please. Nothing else.

She is 23 months old. So charge me the extra f**king half pence then tosser!!!

It came to 21p. She had taken two 23 month old sized bites. Which is why I was buying it in the first place!

particularly the Scots?

Elfonthetopshelf - In order to be categorised by social class could you please answer yes or no to the following questions:

  1. I know the difference between a Caneletto and a Cavaletti.

  2. I know the difference between a Cornetto and a choc ice.

  3. I have eaten chips with curry sauce with my fingers.

  4. I've got a pushchair for sale.

xenia - it was some of the poshest girls at my school that were swiping stiff left right and centre. Rimmel black cherry lipsticks were popular.

lol scots. she has a list, you know, of minorities. it's a parlour game to get through them all on one thread.

yes i agre with xenia. Poor people have very low moral standards. As a doctor i can tell you that this is a fact.

I can aford to pay fo everything i get and therefre i have higher morals

poor people who steal becuase they cannot afford the same luxuries as me ( like organic Kumquats) do so because all their heads are the same shape indicating that they are prone to being

a) socially deviant
b) inherrenty bad
c) bad dressers
d) drug addicts
e) kerry katona
f) (in rare cases) owners of ferrets and whippets.

The fact that they have low moral regard affirms my own sense of high morality an superiority

Obviously I never let my toddler eat in the supermarket when she's got her school uniform on. Although I do make an exception when we're in Scotland.

Guffaw custardo. Quite so, quite so.

Tortington · 03/06/2008 19:52

can i also add that i also agre with xenia on the issue of the Scots.

i can tell you that people with irish heretige are usually of lower moral fibre

the Welsh are all working class ergo lower moral sandards. I can hardly think how tesco can make a profit there. Especially with regards to ta spoons and Kerrang magazines

IorekByrnison · 03/06/2008 19:53

Yes. So true. I think in general the Celts have always been troublesome and ungovernable.

They're over-emotional too. It's in the genes.

Tortington · 03/06/2008 19:57

clearly a bad diet of stolen sugar products which have been eaten between meals

blousy · 03/06/2008 19:57

Can't be arsed to read the whole thread but, why do people think it's OK to feed their kids in supermarkets nowadays? I can't stand seeing kids in trolleys stuffing their faces with the insides of french sticks! They're all going to grow up incapable of food shopping without troughing down some of it on their way round the shop. I saw a grown man eating his sandwich in M&S the other day whilst in the queue, ffs wait until you've paid for it and left the shop!!

Blandmum · 03/06/2008 19:58

typical deviant, thieving welsh bastardess

You are right, you can't trust us. We roam the Valleys, singing in close part harmony, swigging thieved Brains beer and mug English people.

posieparker · 03/06/2008 19:58

My in laws bags of money and read the mirror, probably let dp eat in front of the tv and watch 'Carry on' as a child, my parents not a lot of money due to gps being bereaved and/or never having opportunities, married very young but an amazing moral code and wealth of manners. Poverty does not mean unable to have a moral compass it means not enough money to have and therefore go without.
