Can't be arsed to read the whole thread but, why do people think it's OK to feed their kids in supermarkets nowadays? I can't stand seeing kids in trolleys stuffing their faces with the insides of french sticks! They're all going to grow up incapable of food shopping without troughing down some of it on their way round the shop. I saw a grown man eating his sandwich in M&S the other day whilst in the queue, ffs wait until you've paid for it and left the shop!!

My in laws bags of money and read the mirror, probably let dp eat in front of the tv and watch 'Carry on' as a child, my parents not a lot of money due to gps being bereaved and/or never having opportunities, married very young but an amazing moral code and wealth of manners.
