The current environment is scary I agree, but not because of thuggery. It is because they are not. The numbers of people who entertain racially charged views and the undercurrent is quite mainstream. Call them flagshaggers if you like. It’s not them you should be concerned about.

The next stage is pretty obvious which is overt racial and religious hatred that the police cannot manage because how could they? You can really only have successful multiculturalism if it is done and believed in by the vast majority. Well I don’t think it can be now, when I hear mainstream politicians talking about remigration then what we think about the UK has really changed. I expect it to continue.

You want nice liberal tolerant societies then nice ordinary liberal people have to defend them. And vote accordingly. If the UK continues to slide towards what looks like covert racism then the reason it happens is because enough people see something in it for them.
