Me almost every night. I have two kids, one that started reception school yesterday and another in year 6.
I have to be up at 6.45am and I’m here online at 2am

PiggieWig · 05/09/2025 02:06

Me - I used to be a really good sleeper but my brain doesn’t shut down these days.
I need to be up in 4 hours too.

Curlymam88 · 05/09/2025 02:08

Same 😔

ColinVsCuthbert · 05/09/2025 02:21

ME!!!! I think i'm in perimenopause, as I used to sleep like the dead as soon as my head hit my pillow. Now i'm exhausted all day, ready to sleep at 9pm. Read till 10 and then can't go to frigging sleep/do then wake up at 3am and i'm up. Delightful.

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 05/09/2025 02:22

Me too. I’ve always had awful sleep but I’m just so fed up of being constantly tired.

Jeschara · 05/09/2025 02:35

Me too. Tired all day and sleep evades me at night. My body clock is all over the place.

whoboo · 05/09/2025 02:38

Sames. The sleep advice is terrible for me, I usually have to some boring ass YouTube thing on to sleep. I hate silence and pure darkness.

candycanesand · 05/09/2025 02:39

Urgh yep. Fall asleep fine but up 3 times in the night. So tired.

Nomdemare · 05/09/2025 02:42

Late 40s here. I have a coughing five year old iin my bed and can’t sleep. Have to be up for 5:45. So tired

NightPuffins · 05/09/2025 02:43

Yes, me too. Literally exhausted through the day and could fall asleep standing up. Get to bedtime and my brain goes into overdrive. Waving at 2.45am 👋🏻

FortuneFaded · 05/09/2025 03:39

Me too. I need a body clock rest. It is miserable.
