I haven’t. But surely there are a million factors. Your job, education, training language skills, heritage, the list goes on.

Where do you want to go, to do what, and do you speak any other languages?

The key is to first get a job with a company that will sponsor you… then it’s straightforward

EU countries have different rules, which one were you thinking about?

You can't just get a "one size fits all" visa.

Companies in the EU have to prove that they have tried and failed to find someone for the position in the EU before they can take on a non-EU employee so it isn't easy. No personal experience though. Have looked into moving to Ireland/Northern Ireland to get an EU passport though!

I know of at least one company that is UK-based, but employs British people in Europe on a rotating basis. Couple of examples being 90 days in Europe, 90 days in UK or 2 weeks in Europe, 2 weeks in UK.
