Can I wear a white dress with a pattern to a wedding?

.. where the pattern in a different colour takes up most of the dress. This is the one I like, acceptable or not?

I’d say yes for sure… you’re never going to be mistaken for the bride in that.

I think that’s fine. I wouldn’t class that as a “white dress”, even though obviously the base colour is white.
