In New Zealand we are expected to be connected to the Internet within the next 10 years, so it isn't a long-term solution.

Haha I wasn’t flying there for anything to do with (lack of) internet connection more to do with distance from UK!

Well, it is not such a bad plan. The New Zealand bush is a damn good place to hide. There's been an ongoing saga about a dad who abducted his three little girls and has been hiding out in the forest with them for several years now, just brings them to town to assist in armed robberies and things.
