Warfrin

Background: Sick relative with high BP has been recommended warfrin. Has had 3 sets of multiple strokes.

Does anyone have any experience of warfrin with a high risk friend/relative? The decision to go on it is: do at a risk or if not die of future strokes.

Thanks in advance.

If a doctor / medical professional has recommended this then I would do it
warfarin is very closely monitored and your relative with trusted regular blood tests and dosage adjustments
strokes can be fatal
