Robinson took the video, clearly labelled as being a grandfather playing with his grandkids, and reposted it without the tag, implying something untoward was going on, when he knew otherwise. E.g. he very likely intentionally lied, for the sake of being a racist twat, in a way that has severely negatively impacted his victim.
He then left it up for several days, ignoring repeated messages confirming the family relationship, eventually taking it down after the press reported on it.
E.g. even if he was stupid enough not to realize he originally posted something harmful and dishonest, he persisted in allowing it to be spread for a significant period of time despite many messages confirming the clip was of family members playing together.
JHounds' post, on the other hand, was simply a matter of hours out-of-date, but their general point of "Even if it wasnt an accident, why leave it up for so long" still stands.
