My next door neighbour has been saying passive aggressive comments loud enough for me to hear, she only says something when she has company. The latest is 'weirdo'. She is always in her back garden and seems to get a kick out of what she is doing, making me feel uncomfortable. I Just ignore her. I dont ever sit in my garden, I just water my plants and go inside.
