Looking for a small baby gift to take to a friend who lives abroad and has just had a baby, to go with clothes etc. what is popular these days?

Matchstick monkeys - they do a little gift set for about £12 on Amazon which is my go to gift at the moment in different colours.

I had 2022 and 2023 babies and used both Sophie and matchstick monkey

the best gift I go was a nappy caddy. It was so handy. I’ve given them as baby gifts with some wipes, nappies and creams and they’ve been well appreciated.

Sophie is a classic. All our DC had one and now our DGC does too.

Sophie is one of the only things that I’ve not only kept hold of but is still actively around - she lives in the zoo with another oversized giraffe and some dinosaurs
