Is it too late to mow the lawn?

It’s much cooler now with a bit of a breeze. Do you think it would be very unneighbourly of me to mow the lawn in a bit?

I woukd say ok up to 9pm

Of course you can mow the lawn, it shouldn’t be done in the extreme sunshine anyway! It’s far less of a noise than kids shouting or dogs barking!

I was going to start it before 9 - it’s also quite light still here

It’s too late for any sleeping babies/toddlers nearby imo. Up til 7pm I’d say okay.

Too late round here, very quite this time of night. Except for the sound of my child screaming and crying about getting ready for bed.

It’s dark where I am, so probably not. I do mine after 5, cooler and too early to upset neighbours.

Not round here - all neighbours are up early even on Sundays doing gardening, DIY etc - it’s a bit like a competition who can get started the earliest
